Field Work Order Lifecycle

Field Tech Lifecycle

1. Draft - Owner has created the FWO but has not yet released the order to the workers.
2. Pending - FWO has been released and is in a pre-work state until the worker checks in.
3. Checked In - Worker has checked in to the job.
4. Checked Out - Worker has checked out of the job but has not yet completed the job.
5. Work Complete - Worker has completed the job and submitted their work for approval.

Delivery Lifecycle

1. Draft - Owner has created the FWO but has not yet released the order to the workers.
2. Pending - Order is being prepared for pickup.
3. Ready for Pickup - Order is ready for pickup by delivery worker.
4. Out for Delivery - Order has been picked up and is out for delivery.
5. Delivered - Oder has been delivered and completed.

Product Pickup Lifecycle

1. Draft - Owner has created the FWO but has not yet released the order to the workers.
2. Pending - Order is being prepared for pickup.
3. Ready for Pickup - Order is ready for pickup.
4. Work Complete - Order has been picked up.
